Convenient hotel with very good staff

Reasonably spacious rooms. Great location near the airport, freeway, and various restaurants and stores

Rooms were newly remodelled and reasonably large, well done!

Location: the hotel was just next door to Opry Mills, restaurants and Close to airport. Moreover, it was at a medium distance from Flight Park. We really enjoyed rooms with 2 beds and sofa bed.

The service was excellent.

This place is like a well-kept park hotel. the room was updated and super clean, and the location couldn't be better!

Construction, no parking, not even a continental breakfast, poorly lit room, not knowing situation with renovation prior to booking

The location was decent, within easy walking distance of Flight Park. The area was great, a reasonable base for me.

We really enjoyed this park hotel. The venue had satisfactory breakfasts with fresh fruit, bacon and eggs, waffle mix. The hotel's team was welcoming. They helped us get a shuttle to the airport. The Hampton Inn & Suites Nashville-Airport in Nashville was a great spot for our stay. The breakfast offerings were satisfying with fresh fruit, bacon, eggs, and waffle mix. The staff were friendly and even assisted us in arranging a shuttle to the airport.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. They were ALL smiling! There were notes written on the bananas at breakfast. Breakfast was GREAT! The bed was so comfy! The air worked great.

The carpet in the room was coming up at the seams. I have an 8 month old that was crawling around and it was a hazard. I had to rearrange the furniture to use the pull out bed. It was difficult and too much work. Only one elevator was working and that was also a hassle, but hey...stairs are good for the soul!

Staff was very friendly, property was clean had very enjoyable stay!

Didn't inform us of $50 incidental fee, only found it after I checked my cc bill. Had to call and find out what charge was for, then told would be refunded in 3 days.

The rooms here are spacious with great views, the bed is very comfortable, and the staff is friendly and accommodating with a visible manager.

The price was good and they let our whole family stay in one room. Breakfast was good for the price you were paying.

Room was out dated, with few up grades. No safe. Door didn't lock well. Someone could of easily broke in with no issue. They have signs all over the hotel asking you to give them a 10.

Under going renovations, but staff was doing their very best to work around it. This did effect the cleanliness which is expected.

The staff is indeed in a league of their own. They exemplify customer satisfaction to its highest degree. The moment we stepped into the hotel until we left for a very early flight we were treated liked royalty. Our sincerely thanks for a job well done Nashville Hampton Inn and Suites!

The young ladies present during breakfast were very personable, and helpful!

Room temperature difficult to control-was a bit too warm.
